Sprawled over rubble, dust and debris sprinkling over her prone form, Urd groaned. "Ugh...that was...unexpected..." She sat up slowly, apparently none the worse for wear outside of a headache and persistent dizzy spell. Holding her hand to her head, she looked up blearily at Helen.

"Sorry about that. You didn't get hurt, did you?"
