There was actually a friend nearby right now. Just a little ways away from where Riku had slain that Unversed, Kairi was watching the battles unfold. She was completely disregarding the warning to stay at home and stay safe. She had said it before, she wasn't going to be left behind anymore. Kairi wanted to learn to fight, to keep people safe.

So as soon as the scene was clear, Kairi looked left and right to make sure nothing else was sneaking out from the shadows before she started towards her friend. She knew she could count on Riku to teach her if she asked.

"Riku!" she called, lifting a hand into the air to catch his attention.
