The Answers We Seek [Active]
Character(s): Ventus and Sora
Content: Ventus has had a lot on his mind, and decides to turn to Sora for answers.
Setting: Sora's place.
Time: Afternoon
Warnings:lots and lots of sads. None, save for likely Birth by Sleep spoilers!
Honestly, Ven didn't know what to do anymore.
Lately, all of his energy had been focused on...well, just trying to focus. But keeping his head in the here and now was proving more difficult than it should have been. All he wanted was to enjoy finally being reunited with Terra and Aqua, and to focus on a way to help everyone in Paixao so that they could go back to stopping the Unversed and saving the worlds.
But it wasn't that simple. Not even close. Especially not when seeing his best friends every day only reminded him of how uncertain his future really was.
He had met plenty of people from his universe here, but none that were from the same time as him. He was sure that it was the same with Terra and Aqua - they didn't even have to tell him. It was easy enough to figure out. They both knew something that they weren't telling him. Especially Aqua. But...he couldn't bring himself to ask what that was. Not directly, anyway.
His conversation with the man that looked like Isa had done nothing to calm his worries. What he said about Radiant Garden falling...could it really be true? How could it have happened? More and more, the knot growing in his stomach told him that maybe there really was something horribly, horribly wrong.
But maybe he was just being paranoid. Maybe, maybe.
He hoped that he was.
Ventus didn't know what to think. There were too many questions, and no answers.
And Ven could think of only one person to turn to for those.
"Sora?" he asked, knocking on the door to the other boy's apartment. "You home?"
