Content: Helen's arrival into the city!
Setting: Somewhere near Niflheim Gate
Time: Mid-day?
Warnings: none at the moment aside from obvious Sanctuary spoilers but XD
Helen opened her eyes after the explosion to a sight that was quite unlike the one she'd closed them against. This looked nothing like the Praxian / vampire ruins she'd just been in, nor did it look like the African desert. Helen stood up, looking around warily. Her stunner had been in the ruins, likely destroyed by the explosion. So, where then, was she?
"Nikola?" she called, turning around to find a line of people in front of a gate. They seemed to be going somewhere. Not seeing that she had much of a choice, Helen opted to follow, to see what she could find.
A brochure, a city name, and an electronic "journal" later, she had only a few of the answers to the questions that were plaguing her mind. Inside the gates, the city was bustling with activity, though few seemed to look any different from each other. With her dark auburn hair, Helen knew she stood out. If she hadn't dyed it for decades, she would fit in perfectly, blonde and blue-eyed.
That was irrelevant, though. Helen tucked the journal into the crook of one arm and strode forward, determined to find out as much as she could about this place from anyone who would talk.
