Seifer had figured that was the case, in fact in this rare instance rather than asking his questions in a round about way he had been quite sincere: What was stopping them? How were they kept there would probably have been a better way to word it, but Seifer had a unique, obnoxious way of asking his questions.

Not to mention," He gestured vaguely at Fran, then vaguely at what he had deduced was a "normal" inhabitant of the place. The strange, pale humans that looked like they barely had any expression. He nodded towards one. "What's their deal, anyway?" They looked kinda spaced-out, to him.
