The Doctor had, apparently, become aware of their presence in the TARDIS. He hadn't expected, however, to come in and see, well, THAT. Oh, he wasn't surprised it was here. He knew a lot of his past was in this room. It was the fact Rose had happened to find it and put it on, no less, that had got him.
Though, really, it was a piece of his past wardrobe he hadn't particularly wanted to see again. In fact, he really wouldn't mind forgetting about it entirely. Though that vest... that could easily be a close second. And if those weren't enough, was that his old scarf...?
