Ansem had barely managed to get more than a few feet away from the door before it all but exploded out of its frame. It wasn't particularly difficult to realize why, either. Even at a relatively safe distance it was perfectly easy to read the signature of light all over the attack - or whatever it had been - and he couldn't help but scowl at it. A moment earlier and it was just as likely that he himself would have been in the line of fire. No, he couldn't bear to deal with something else of that nature.
