At least Ansem was polite. Frankly, it threw Yorda off guard, seeing as how before, she had grown used to her mother's shadows merely slinging her over their shoulder and carrying her off. She followed him, oddly put a little more at ease by the fact that he hadn't actually tried to hurt her in earnest. She didn't know what he planned to do with her, but perhaps it wouldn't be as bad as the other times. Of course, she had no way of knowing one way or another, but she would surely find out soon.
