Lightning didn't like admitting that she might have been wrong... but when it came to innocent lives. She'd done her fair share of innocent killing. Besides that, if this really was Scar... he would have tried to prove it or laughed at her for her actions, as any normal villain would have. Or been all smug about it. Like Nabaat and Dysley. Lightning's jaw set as she thought about them.

Eventually, she stood up straight again and let her blade rest at her side. She didn't put it away yet, though, just let it stay by her side.
