There was no such corner that Vyers could crawl in and go undisturbed. Genie would find him and effortlessly draw him out. Not by force but rather annoying the demon to the point he had to leave before he did or said something he would regret. All the while, the genie completely oblivious to the irritation he’d caused Vyers, of course. But it was when he was trying to be annoying when one had much to fear.

“Chicken parmesan and alfredo for the lovely mademoiselle,” Genie said, having appeared again without as much as a warning. He placed the plate down carefully in front of Gwen. “Filet mignon, rare, with the white truffle risotto,” the genie continued, placing another plate down in front of Vyers. “And stuffed pork roast with rosemary-garlic potatoes for us.” He finished, holding two more plates on his serving tray for Urd, who was likely unaware he had made something for them as well, at himself. “Should you two need anything else, just ring.” Genie instructed and held out a little bell before placing it on their table. “We’ll be at the other table.”
