Eager as ever, the meerkat jumped down from his spot atop Pumbaa’s head and onto the ground. The ride had not felt nearly as long as he had predicted but there was still a sort of comfort felt when his feet touched the pavement. “Should be a cart around here somewhere.” he replied, though mostly to himself. The problem with this particular stand was that it was on wheels and tended to move about rather frequently. Sometimes it proved a real pain to find, especially when he was hungry. “They outta put bells on these things.”
Timon looked around the park, paw hovering just above his eyes to block the sun. He saw no signs of the cart, only a rather large mob of children who had surrounded a man nearby. The guy must have had something fairly interesting on hand to attract so many kids. Timon had begun to wonder just what it could have been before he saw the man hold up an ice cream bar. “Ah hah!” He cried and pointed out to the crowd of children. “I think we’ve found our man.”
