The Wanderers [Active]
Character(s): Wolf and Remus
Content: After the disappearance of Osaka and Lottie. Wolf and Remus decide to scout out Paixao, and see if they were still here.
Setting: From The Wildkat Café to All Around Paixao.
Time: Late Afternoon, Near the end of the week
Warnings: Probably Nothing
From one’s own thoughts and another’s. There is always a since of pride for wolves like Wolf. Though his pride slowly seemed to be retreating, at each passing day of knowing his heart was still sinking in on itself. Not for the beast within, but for the friends going and coming. Wolf was at least glad Remus was still here. He knew he couldn’t stop wondering why people kept disappearing here. It was recently that he became aware that both Osaka’s and Lottie’s presence disappeared.
Wolf gave a sigh, gripping the edges of his pockets as he walked. It was bad enough that it was just after the full moon for him. He could just feel the burn of whatever he wasted it on while he sneaked away in his wild form. From Wolf’s guess, Remus likely did the same. He mostly wanted to make sure his friend was doing alright, knowing that the wolf form for one so young can be really tough to handle alone. Wolf knew Remus probably was really exhausted. Not that he wasn’t just as tired, but it was more in an emotional sense for him.
Arriving at the Wildkat Café, Wolf looked around, to try and find his friend. Wondering if he should get a cup of coffee too before they head out.

Oh yeah, because Wolf was his friend. Things like this seemed to have awful timing for Remus. He lifted his head to see if Wolf had arrived. He could see him by the door, so he pushed himself up and waved to get his attention right before letting his head fall back to the table. His tea cup was still mostly full, and getting cold.

Wolf leaned back as he as sipped his cup of coffee. Making himself relaxed, “We can go ahead and rest here before heading out, I think we’re both really tired… You know, for a lotta things,” He said scratching his neck a bit before making a gruff, “I went ahead and checked out a few places on the way here. No sign, I just hope they’re alright.”

"We can start by mapping out where they would usually wander around." Remus pulled out his journal and pushed it towards Wolf. He didn't want to bother with it at the moment. "It should make the search go a bit faster." The sooner they found Wolf's friends, the sooner Remus could curl up in bed.

“You can go ahead and share some of my coffee if you need it,” Wolf said casually as he glanced over some of the locations they can go to. He rubbed his chin in thought, “Grrf… Let’s see, we’ll check out the Glass Bonsai, see if they’re there and… the Jogo da Crianca park, if either of them are not there. We can go ahead and head home.”

Remus sipped more of his now chilled tea and stared at the map. At least neither the Glass Bonsai nor Jogo da Crianca were too far away. He rubbed his forehead before grabbing his journal and standing up. "Let's go. The sooner we find them, the sooner I can crash." Remus didn't think he'd have such a choice for very long. It almost felt as if his body would crash whether he wished to or not.

Leaving the café Wolf started to lead the path toward the Glass Bonsai, keeping his eye out for either Osaka or Lottie. He scratched the back of his neck in anticipation. As he looked behind at Remus, “You recalled what they looked like right? I know you’ve met Osaka before, but I don’t think you’ve ever met Lottie.”

Remus had to work to keep up with Wolf. He was a bit shorter than him as it is, but his post-full-moon syndrome certainly didn't help.

Keeping a good fair pace, Wolf made sure to not walk fast or anything. He gave a small smile back at him, “You know she was a real cutie, I think if ya ever met her she’d invite you for some of her Sweet Southern Tea. Or somethin’ like that.”

Merlin's beard, Wolf was starting to sound like Prongs talking about Lily Evans, minus the annoyed comments about how she spent too much time around Severus. "You make it sound like she was your girlfriend." He smirked jokingly at Wolf.

On the girlfriend comment, Wolf laughed, looking back at Remus. “Oh she’s just a friend, a succulent beauty, gorgeous from head to toe. Absolutely scrumptious, but no… No, I must refrain from temptation, and must call her a friend for now.” He nodded, still with a big smile on his face. All right, it was plainly obvious that Wolf had a crush on her. Really he couldn’t resist it though. She was very deliciously cute after all. Wolf smirked, “Besides, I think she was rather fond of me first.”

Remus was still grinning at Wolf. "Just a friend?" He raised his eyebrows. He was just as bad as James, if not worse.
He walked into the shop and started looking around for the two girls around the shelves. So far, he had yet to see anyone that wasn't a citizen save for Wolf. Still, he kept searching, though his hopes for finding either of them was starting to dwindle. The shop really wasn't that big.

Giving a shrug Wolf, went back to where Remus was looking around. “Doesn’t look either of them are here, let’s go ahead and check out the park,” Wolf said heading toward door for them.

Remus had a feeling that Wolf's friends had disappeared from Paixao. He liked to think that those who have disappeared were somehow sent back to where they belonged, but there was no way to be sure. For all they knew, they could be stuck in some inaccessible part of the castle, or worse...
He kept his thoughts on that matter to himself. There was no need worrying about it if there was nothing they could do, and Wolf was more than a handful when he was upset.

Wolf folded his arms confidently as he spoke, “Just wait, once you’re older, girls will be flocking to you for your affection, ‘course you must say to each one that you simply cannot bear it, but you’ll live to like it.” Not that he’s had much experience with actually dating a lady, but those shepherdesses can create quite a mess sometime. Wolf grinned at Remus as he continued to babble, “Grrrf, But those girls can be trouble too, now that I think about it. But as they say, long way up the beanstalk tree. It might take a while.”
