The sudden touch caught him off guard, freezing him in his place for a few seconds. Truth be told, he didn't really want to move, wanting to savour the moment, as he relaxed from the inital shock. Was he finally getting through to her? Saying something she could relate to? Believe in? He'd never been good with words, but... he wasn't going to jinx this, either.

"Sorry..." he turned around to face her, tilting his head to the side just a little, as he brushed some of her strands of hair back behind an ear. "Guess I'm just -- too stubborn to change."
