"Hm?" Belle blinked. Well that was unexpected. Had he thought of that all on his own? A warm feeling filled her and she laid her hand over her heart.

"That sounds...lovely." she smiled gently, urging him to cheer up. Something was holding him back. She could sense it - though she had no idea what he was thinking.

Then again, there was a lot she didn't know about his time in this new world. If she had been here before, perhaps something had changed between them? But surely that change had been for the best. Otherwise, why would he be so kind?

Lost in her thoughts, Belle didn't realize that she was staring at him curiously.
