Lumiere resisted the urge to roll his eyes. There was such thing as a simple dinner in the company of the opposite gender solely as friends. Although he would still refer to it as a ‘date’, just in a different context than the prince had in mind. Ah, well. To explain may have only confused the beast and worked him up again.
