Xion took Riku's hand, standing up and somewhat avoiding Riku's gaze. "I'm not there yet," she said quietly, "I know from seeing him here that I will, and... I guess I've known for a while that sooner or later, it would happen. I know it's selfish, but when I last saw you I just... I wasn't ready to leave my friends. I'm not sure if I'm ready now either, but if something happens I promise I'll do whatever I need to." Right now, Sora didn't need her. But it could change, because he wasn't supposed to be alright without her and Roxas.
