Zira pondered on that question. There was no doubt she was angry and disappointed in her son. Yet, the only thing she could come up with... was Kiara. There was no reason Simba should have trusted Kovu and the other lionesses would have been wary having known her.

So... that just left Kiara. Perhaps she should have trained Vitani instead of Kovu.

"He's not thinking how I taught him. I taught him how to be a killer and to show no mercy. I did not teach my son to go after a pretty female!"

She paused, growling a little.

"Perhaps we should take them down, one by one. Start with the weakest and the most trusting...Simba's brat perhaps. Destroy her and we hurt all of them."
