Beast yanked open the door violently, planning to yell more the instant he could. But when he saw Belle's defiant expression, he stopped.

Quickly, he turned away, and a gruff "come in" was all he said, in place of the expected tantrum. He couldn't bring himself to yell at her anymore. Not even now that he wanted to.
