With a slightly incredulous look, Vyers stared down at Pumbaa. He wanted to know the whole thing? The demon put his chin in his hand and turned to look back out the window, thinking about how he wanted to say this with a quiet "hmm." A few things would have to be taken out, of course. Quite a few things, maybe. But how much?

"As I have said, since I have been here, I have been subjected to a multitude of circumstances that have left me busy. Or preoccupied, I suppose, would be the better word. Between the questions this place leaves to answer and the Organization lurking in the shadows, I have been busy enough, and yet..." Another soft hum as he found himself at a loss for words. How interesting that he could tell such wonderful tales of his past with ease and yet when explaining this situation he was completely at a loss. Was that because he was still caught in the situation even now? Even trying to sort it all out in his own head left him feeling rather weary.

Vyers waved a hand dismissively, as though he were wiping away his previous statements, and stood, going to fetch the wine bottle again. "As you might have gathered, I am a father. You have seen the blue-haired boy staying here now, have you not? Laharl? The fact that I was his father was revealed to him, and ever since things have been.... interesting, to say the least." He rubbed at his jaw, easing away an echo of pain, and returned to refill his glass. "Complicated." In both good and bad ways.
