"Hi," Jake said, sounding as friendly and casual as possible. Behind the facade, he was feeling a little nervous himself. As he was in a totally new place with a ridiculous dressing code and lots of stuff that didn't make much sense, for starters.
He stepped into the apartment. "Thanks."
As he glanced upon the nervous young man in the toga, it didn't take that this person was the kind of person to throw a party with other guys in togas. There wasn't anyone else inside.
There was something a bit familiar that Jake couldn't quite figure out as he walked inside Hercules's apartment. He removed the backpack from his shoulder. "Brought the comics. A few from my own collection, anyway."
