The possibly even larger problem with asking for directions was how few of the humans there were, period. They must all be asleep, Kiara reasoned.

After some time walking, Kiara was starting to doubt if her guess had been right. She did have a feeling like she'd seen some of this before, but it was still kind of blurry. She just wasn't completely sure.
