It should have surprised her, how easily the confession fell from her lips, but Yorda was a very innocent and trusting individual and saw no reason to hide anything from anyone else or lie. In fact, Yorda did not so much as understand the concept of lying or otherwise omitting the truth. Wasn't honesty common among everyone?
