"That definitely seems to be the case here," Luke said, with a sigh. It was confusing and seemed impossible, yet it did seem to be true, despite how little sense it all made.

"There's a lot of other things here that seem... weird," he continued, leaning a little closer to Tear, as he glanced at some passing blond haired citizens out of the corner of his eye, as he lowered his voice. "The people living here are kind of strange, as you've probably already noticed, though it's kinda hard to say how exactly."

They seemed normal enough at first glance, but when you tried to talk to them or just watched them, they just seemed so... uninteresting. There was a lack of life to them, despite being alive. It was really hard to describe. And, of course, the fact they were all blond and blue-eyed was pretty creepy too.
