Seeing the tears in her eyes made a lump start to form in his throat. Part of him wanted to step closer, touch her shoulder to confirm it really was her standing there in front of him, but something still kept him rooted in place, his gaze locked, almost awkwardly, with hers. He knew she didn't like him seeing her cry, but he couldn't seem to look away any more than she could.
"O-over a month now," Luke answered, after attempting to swallow the lump. A month in Auldrant terms, of course. From what he could make out, the calendar here was completely different. He'd had no reason to try to 'convert' at this point. Not to mention it would probably just confuse him.
"Since I... freed Lorelei," he continued, his gaze finally averting as he rubbed the side of his head. "That's the last thing I really remember..."
