It sounded very familiar, but the voice reminded her gratingly that the similarities ended there. "Thanks for the warning, Neirenn," she said truthfully, a bit of a laugh still in her voice. Magical didn't disorient her greatly, but it never hurt to know in advance what to expect.
"Where are we, now?" she asked once Iago seemed to be momentarily done with his rant. She couldn't say she was any happier than him about his presence here, but he didn't seem much a threat, and leaving him alone felt a bit cruel. Less and less cruel as he continued to speak, but that was beside the point.
