The meerkat looked blankly at Laharl, tilting his head to the side questioningly while he listened to the demons words. However, whatever he was trying to say, the message did not reach Timon. As far as he was concerned, the boy was making as much sense as a frenzied hornbill. After all, wasn’t it a good thing he had stepped down, or more appropriately; given up? He was agreeing with Laharl, the demon had won.
