To put things simply, yes. Admittedly he would have been somewhat less annoyed under more normal circumstances, but even then there would have been some manner of annoyance. He'd never been the most patient of people, although he tried to at least keep some control over his temper.

Control that was, unfortunately, fraying piece by piece - a rope stretched to its limits, strands breaking one by one. And who knew when the last bit would go the way of the rest?
