"Hey, not bad, not bad!" Jecht cheered, running his hand along the hood of the golf cart. He examined the clubs as well, nodding all the while as indication that they met his expectations. He had been researching this sport ever since the announcement for the tournament. Of course, practicing with a long stick and a rock probably didn't do him much justice, but hey, at least he wasn't entirely unprepared, right?

After inspecting his equipment, and seemingly pleased with it, he reached for the pen and signed the necessary documents without reading them. He never was one for paperwork and technicalities, anyway. Let the bookworms have some fun.
