Karrin snorted a bit at the man's reply, as though something like that weren't obvious. Well, the trains thing was good to know she supposed. Although, if there were trains, that made her wonder just how big this place really was. "Thanks," she replied dryly.
Another woman stepped in on the conversation and Karrin put her hands in the pockets of her jacket, not at all bothered by the interruption, "Really? I take it people have been mysteriously showing up here for some time, now." That wasn't good, she didn't think the missing persons reports had gone up any significant number recently...especially since such mysterious disappearances would have been brought to S.I. Then again, if this was supernatural business who was to say it was only limited to Chicago (after all the guy back there hadn't even HEARD of Chicago).
"Can you give me a direction," she asked the man, he did say a place with coffee was nearby, it'd be helpful, "I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess neither of you are native to this place."
