This.. creature or whatever Timon was happened to be more unnerving to Larsa than just about anything that had happened recently. While the meerkat appeared to be trying to be helpful, the way he had of talking like a commoner and his utter dismissal of formality, the only thing Larsa really knew, had the prince more than a little taken aback.
However, the young Solidor did his best to push that feeling aside completely as he sat down at the appointed table. This entire thing was foreign to him. He'd never been to a restaurant like this before. He was used to, well, dining like royalty as the saying went, and something inside him twinged guiltily. Now, however, particularly with Judge Gabranth missing, he didn't have much choice, not that he really minded all that much. It was good for his education after all, right?
The prince took up his own menu and began glancing over it, even though his mind wasn't really taking anything in. He was mulling over what he wanted to ask, eventually placing his hand over a fish item he would try and looking over at Timon again.
If he could have, he would have answered with "everything," but Timon specifically said no to that, so the prince went for the next-best thing. "The kidnappings," came the answer. "I would like to know if there is any hope of..." He couldn't finish the sentence, but his eyes said what his voice could not: 'seeing Judge Gabranth again.'
