Content: Cid opens his shop and meets his new employees
Setting: Cid's Shop, across the street from the center branch of the Actua Are
Time: Wednesday night

It had taken him two whole days to clean the place up and get it to his liking, but he was finally done and ready for business. He stood in the doorway of the shop, looking over all his hard work, and gave an approving nod. Not a bad job, if he did say so himself.
He had kept alot of the original furniture that was there when he got it, but he had rearranged it and found a few old rugs in the back to lay on the hardwood floors. There was a rather large fireplace that he had moved the couch in front of... he thought it was a good idea, since Paixao was rather cold, and his customers (or those damn friends of his) could come in and warm up.
Oh. He'd forgotten to start it. Might as well do that now. The sun was setting and it had been freezing all day. He hadn't worn his sweatshirt once, though. He's gotta keep up his manly image, and a little cold never hurt anybody!
Well, maybe it did...
It had seemed to Cid that the store had been a pawn shop before he got his hands on it, so there was a great number of different things avalible for him to sell, or to modify. Everything was going so well.
Now he just had to wait until someone threw a wrench in the works.

He'd caught the train at its temproary stop a few miles from the hotel. Since Ansem had destroyed a part of the railway system the city had had to set up a temporary stop. He got on the train there and took it to the center of Paixao. The posting Mr. Cid had made in the message boards had said the shop was across from the Actua Are. He knew where that was from earlier that day. He wondered if he'd see Yuffie there...
He came to the shop and saw a man with blonde hair and a blue shirt on inside. Roxas hesitated to enter. It wasn't that he was afraid of Mr. Cid... well, okay, maybe he was just a little. But he didn't even know the man yet. He was still intimdating though.
But he's giving a kid like me a chance, Roxas though. That was enough. He entered the shop.
"I, ah, are... are you Mr. Cid?" he asked. "I'm Roxas... I'm here about the errand boy job, sir..."

He probably should've been more gentle with the kid, but Cid was an old dog that didn't learn new tricks easily.
"Roxas, eh?" he said, grinning and thumping the kid heartily on the back. "You're right, kidd-o, that's me. Don't bother with the Mr, but I appreciate your respect." He extended his hand for a shake as he pulled the kid into the shop.
