Lust had kept moving most of the two days, spending time getting to know the layout of the city and its inhabitants. She still hadn't explored the entire place--it was absolutely massive--but she had decided that the pale blonds were hardly worth talking to.
So when she made her way to the cafe in search of Timon, she was hoping for something far more interesting than the shallow citizenry had to offer.
She almost didn't notice the tiny meerkat leaping for the door, and even then almost ignored him, until she remembered the picture the machines had provided. So that was really what he looked like? Curious. Was he some sort of chimera?
Either way, she would see what he had to say. It might prove interesting.
