Of course it existed. Whether or not Jintetsu would ever learn what that reason was was yet to be determined, though Luxord was betting on a "no." Of course, as Luxord rarely lost a bet, chances that Jintetsu would learn just where he was or why he was there were incredibly slim.

Speaking of timetables, Luxord was about finished where he was. He'd nothing more to say to Jintetsu, and he was due elsewhere...time to speed things up. Without even turning around, he reached into Jintetsu's time, turning it forward a few notches. Everything would go faster, and being left alone for fifteen minutes (which was what Luxord intended to do) would feel like eternity to the swordsman.

With little thought to the welfare of his subject, Luxord simply opened a portal and left the room.
