"It's just so much more boring when you don't hear them scream." His wicked grin only grew wider and darker before he spun on his heel, turning to watch the carnage.

Where was the carnage? The mage's expression turned to one of confusion, then disappointment, then anger. "Where did they go?! You'd think you'd still see a silhouette there or something! Damn it all!" Kefka shouted to no one before his rage seemed to turn toward the disappeared bodies.
"You're supposed to stay there while you fry! Come back and start screaming again you little...! How dare you...!" It finally culminated in one last frustrated cry, followed by two strikes of lightning into the flames before Kefka finally calmed down, settling into a huff.
