That particular request was easily deflected. Perhaps a lesser thief might have been caught in it, but Ahnassi thought of herself as a professional. Well, maybe not as professional as Gentleman Jim or Sugar-Lips Habasi, but she wasn't exactly a rookie!
"Ticket?" She asked sweetly, "The one for the show? Ahnassi threw it away on the way out. Why? Did you want to see who was performing? Ahnassi still has the program..." she patted her robe a moment, then fished a folded booklet out of her pocket. It had been left behind by one of the other patrons and she had picked it up as a memento. She hadn't expected it to come in handy for anything else, but apparently she'd gotten lucky. "Here it is..." She offered the man the playbill with a cheerful smile.
