Auron listened closely as his question was answered. A quick one with lightning, and all of them with the ability to summon creatures to aid them. He frowned as he heard Rosette speak. From the tone of her voice he could tell that the experience she had been horrible. This needed to be taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. He picked up one of the booklets with a return nod to Sephiroth, studying it over closely and filing the information away for later.
Braska, in the meantime, continued to watch Rosette, wondering what he could do to help the woman. Kidnapped and tortured... How terrible. He wondered if he could have helped if he had arrived just a little earlier. It was a foolish thought--he knew it was--but he just couldn't stand the thought of someone being in pain like she obviously was.
Any more thought along those lines was cut off with the entrance of two strange looking animals capable of speech. He had seen at least one of them on the journals, but the other he hadn't. They were part of this, too? How unlikely, and, as he thought about it more, amusing.
In fact, unlikely could be used to describe the entire group, he thought. All these different people, all from different worlds, all with seemingly nothing in common but a great dislike for this organization. It reminded him of his pilgrimage, in a way.
Both Auron and Braska listened to Death's words when he spoke (it was hard not to), and immediately turned to look at Duo when he spoke. He knew of these creatures? Good. Auron watched Duo expectantly, silently telling him to continue.
Braska wasn't so silent. "You have? Do you know what they are?"
