Weaponsmaster [active]

Character(s): Mewtwo, Roxas, whoever wants to join in
Content: Travel, information gathering, and weapons
Setting: Near Folios Weaponry [J5]
Time: Afternoon-ish
Warnings: "I see your shwartz is as big as mine."

It was much more interesting to walk; the scenery would have flashed by much too quickly by train. And... there was really no particular destination in mind. By now, it was obvious that none of the clones had come with him, nor did there exist any other Pokémon in this realm. So Mewtwo was left with a human... companion, perhaps? He did not so much mind the boy's company anymore. It was, he supposed, rather like having a rather large Minun at his side, curious about everything, though not as excitable.

So they walked, tending to meander and explore, Roxas more to stop and look as Mewtwo watched idly. This day, however, it was Mewtwo that stopped, glancing at the shop they had almost passed.

Folios Weaponry?

Roxas, who had been trailing Mewtwo for once, nearly bumped into the Pokémon when he stopped to look at the shop they almost passed. He took a step back as he caught his balance, before moving to stand beside Mewtwo to see what he was looking at. It was a store, and he let his gaze drift higher to read the sign above the entrance: Folios Weaponry.

Well, the blond certainly knew enough about weapons, having two of his own. He had half a mind to call his own, wondering if he'd find anything like his keyblades within the store. From the display, Roxas observed, it seemed to be a rather generic store. Standard things, and the blond's were anything but. As far as he knew, no one else had weapons like his — not that he really knew many other people as it were, but that was beside the point.

"Did you want to look inside?" he asked the Pokémon, finally turning his head to look up at Mewtwo. Roxas didn't think he had any weapons, but he could sense something. After all, if Mewtwo was psychic, and could talk to the boy telepathically, there was obviously more to him that the blond had not yet seen.

He idly wondered what else his companion could do, and if he might ever be able to find out. This was one of the reasons he stuck with Mewtwo; he was somewhat of an enigma, and in thinking he knew so little, Roxas wanted to learn more.

It mattered little to Roxas whether or not they actually went inside Folios Weaponry. The blond didn't have enough money to afford anything that they sold, but he wasn't interested in purchasing anything, anyway. However, he supposed that it wouldn't hurt too much to at least take a peak. They weren't in a rush to go anywhere, and the blond figured that being semi-productive was better than just walking aimlessly.

"There's nothing better to do," Roxas said with a light shrug of his shoulders as Mewtwo gave him the go-ahead. It was as though he'd been given permission, but the boy had not been asking for his own sake. Still, he let that thought slide as his hand reached for the handle as he pulled the door open and walked inside.

The scent of polish was strong, all of the weapons locked tight inside their cases, light reflecting off of the blades and metal. What a way to sell their merchandise.

Roxas walked slowly, peering inside each case and reading the descriptions of each item. Almost everything was imported from some place far away, places that the blond had never seen or even heard of, and that was probably why everything seemed so overpriced to him.

Then again, Roxas had possessed his keyblades since before he could remember. He didn't know why he had them, but every single Nobody within the Organization had their own weapon, and so it only made sense that the blond had his own as well. He never really asked questions; didn't have time to.
