Well, it worked, Greed's stand-offish taunts had brought him just what he was asking for.

Now that he was here, he tried to peicectogether enough coherent thought to wonder why he had even wanted it, but that was impossible now, he was after all splitting in two. the natural responces of a humanoid body sought to cut off his consciousness, protect the mind, but his homunculi aspects fought to keep the primal mind focused on regeneration, this much was common, but another force pushed with all its might with its own unfamiliar instinct, surround, saturate, envelop. It was the instinct of the heartless, endowed by darkness, and it was visible in their every move.

In all this turmoil, Greed could do next to nothing, he gasped vicously against his own blood seeping up his throat, he raised an arm, trying to grab in mild protest and it was promptly lopped off in responce, immediatly melting into a thin pool of translucent red liquid.

Loosely aware, one of Greed's eyes lazed towards the direction of the now missing arm, glimpsing it slightly before his vision faded to infinite black.

A voice privately gave its assurances to Greed "She will tire, do not worry, we will never die and we will never grow tired."
