Mello situated himself comfortably, eating chocolate and just waiting. He wasn't surprised when Matt came to sit with him; it was inevitable. He buried his hand in the red hair, stroking and playing with it, enjoying the sensation and the proof that yes, Matt was really here. It wasn't just a dream born of loneliness and boredom. And he'd be here when he went to sleep tonight and hopefully when he woke up, too.
