Dust yourself off and try again [completed]
Character(s): Chizuru
Content: Teleported back into the city of Paixao, Chizuru makes sure she's still mostly intact and gets back online with the journals.
Setting: I'm going to say about dead center of I4
Time: Nighttime
Warnings: Crushing on Alice?
Chizuru's sudden appearance and subsequent collapse on a sidewalk, between one building and the next, was of surprisingly little concern to the Paixaoan passersby. The blonde people, like so many delicate ball-joint-dolls, merely sidestepped around her and went about their respective businesses with no regard for the redheaded lesbian.
Chizuru didn't care. What she did care about was that one moment she'd been rescuing Sora from iminent and certain danger, and the next she'd been gracelessly dumped on a random sidewalk-- and this was the kicker-- back inside the prison-like city of Paixao!
Nonetheless, she got up, straightened her skirt and blazer, and did her best to act as nonchalant about her bizarre return into the city limits as those around her were as she took stock. Arms are still attached, she noted, checking the movement of each to make sure she hadn't injured anyth- ow. A few bruises, and what felt like a pulled muscle. Those would heal with time, though, and weren't anything but painful. Then she stretched her legs, wincing at another strain and what felt like a sprained ankle. Still, nothing dangerous, she'd just have to keep her weight off the sprain as much as possible. Looks like the legs are working, too. I guess I'm okay, then!
And her journal was working again. That tiny computer was a lifeline, allowing her to communicate regardless of distances, with people she might never meet otherwise. And unlike the Internet at home, the people on this network seemed relatively harmless (with the possible exception of that Larxene woman, whom she'd have to keep an eye out for).
Chizuru made sure to inform people through the message board that Sora had apparently forgotten what he was doing-- and since there seemed to be a bad case of amnesia going around, it was more than likely he'd forgotten more. Maybe she was a little rude to the message board moderator, but in an emergency situation, these things could be forgiven, the point was to get the message across and inform everyone possible.
A few minutes later, Alice reported to the message board as well. That was good. The lesbian didn't know how crazy she'd go without hearing from her latest crush, and she immediately sat down, rubbed her eyes open (it was late; she'd have to find someplace to stay soon), and started composing a reply...
