Ansem strode purposefully into the laboratory, walking past where the scientist was scrubbing mud off the floor on hands and knees and carefully placing the heel of his boot on top of one of those hands before taking another step.

"This is the laboratory," he explained to his new servant, casually moving on and gesturing at their surroundings. "Beginning this evening Mr. Hojo and I will be performing a series of procedures and experiments. Our test subjects will be...shall we say, volunteered for this purpose?"

He turned to face Vicious with the slightest amused smirk on his face.

"Your primary duty will be to keep watch over them and make certain none of them escape. You may kill them, if necessary," he added as an afterthought.
