Apparently, Kadaj was that fast. Grinning to himself as he finally caught sight of the stalled train, the remnant finally screeched to a halt alongside it and took a moment to look slowly up and down the cars, searching for... well, a blond-haired, blue-eyed head. Like that was going to be easy. The presence of the Turks would definitely make his search easier (especially if one of them really was sitting on him like the president had said they'd threatened to do), but...

He was sorely tempted call upon a few of his Shadow Creepers for help; they'd be essentially useless as far as locating Rufus was concerned, but for drawing his attention they'd work perfectly. Unfortunately, that had the very high probability of starting a fight, and while under normal circumstances he'd be all for spilling people's blood for no reason other than the vague possibility it might get him someone's attention, he wasn't so sure the president would like that. Considering how hard it had been to get even this little meeting from the man, Kadaj didn't know if he wanted to risk it.

But hadn't it been just the Turks he'd agreed not to harm? They hadn't discussed anything about the lives of innocents. Hmmm...

Laughing at how neatly things seemed to be working in his favor, Kadaj gave a negligent wave of his hand and summoned two of the Creepers, sending them down opposite ends of the train while he walked slowly towards it, his head tilted almost curiously at the people inside. Where oh where could the president be?
