"Ah, let's see, here...." Jack fished his elaborate silver pocket watch out, dangling it in front of his skull to peer at the face. "Mmmm, you're ten minutes shy of twelve, noon." He reported, tucking the timepiece back where it belonged. "So hopefully you got enough to face the day...."

Jack stared back from where his skull rested, having shifted his grip a little to turn it up more. "Right here." Chuckling, Jack tossed his skull from hand to hand, which grinned at Gaston as it was all but juggled. He plopped it back onto his neck and pressed until it clicked into place, ignoring the inch or two of washcloth dangling from one socket; he still had to finish his skull, after all, as the last part of his polishing.

In the meantime though, he poured Gaston a glass of water, stirring in the lime and sugar before offering it to his friend. "The man at the bar suggested you try this to help you along. Very nice people here, much friendlier than I would have expected." Especially considering what he was.... He'd expected fear and unhelpfulness, not an open-armed welcome. It was.... heartwarming, if he had one to be warmed. Bonewarming, perhaps. It was a nice experience.
