The Lone Power walked casually down the stairs. He planned on carrying out exactly what he had said in his journal. Of course, there was little planning to his madness, but he didn’t really care—this place was turning out to be a place where planning could very likely end up making him have to wait. And The Lone Power hated waiting.
He grinned, opening his journal as he walked and setting a couple privacy features he had discovered so he could take notes, with hopefully, no one reading them. He wanted to see exactly what these “construct-like” things were. They certainly looked interesting. He had decided that from his view.
He entered into the lobby and was distracted by one grayish-blue haired young man sitting on the floor near the window, “Fancy meeting you again, Akira.” He remembered the name from the previous night.
He strode over to the window and glanced out at the construct things, watching them chase the annoying Paixaoese citizens down alleyways more and he could feel the entropy rising outside the building. He was very pleased that whomever had bossed around the creatures had asked them to be ruthless. He glanced at the door, which was bolted shut, “You locked the door.” He said casually with a slight tinge of disappointment. He glanced at the creatures through the window again, “Although, if these creatures are anything like what I’ve had at my disposal, I don’t think a meager wooden door would stop them.”
He observed the creatures, taking notes on their movements. And watched as one headed toward the window. Having a straight on view, he opened another device he had learned about and used a finger to sketch the symbol on the creature’s head and saved the image. It was bizarre. But it meant something, he was very sure of that. Perhaps it would tell him who to look for. He then began taking notes of their appearance.
