She'd been about to deliver a smart-assed reply when the second cloaked figure pulled a scythe quite literally from thin air. It didn't take long to realize just how dire her situation had actually just become, and it took even less time for her to realize that there was no way out of this situation-- unless, of course, she could somehow sweet-talk her way out of it, but she doubted she'd be able to pull such a thing off.

As the monsters formed and began to surround her, Megara swallowed hard and turned to glare daggers at both of the cloaked men, eyebrows narrowed as she hid the fear welling up within her tiny frame. "Taking out poor, defenseless girls is something you take pride in?" she managed, albeit after a moment's worth of hesitation, and glanced around at the clones. "I can't imagine why your 'Superior' would want you wasting time on someone who can't even defend herself. You must feel so proud of yourselves for this." There was the vaguest hint of fear in her voice, though it seemed outshone by her determination to keep up a hard front. Fear, after all, was human nature-- Megara knew she had little to fear. Death wasn't such a big deal when one was a minion of Hades; she'd be desensitized.
