Al 'smiles' down at Marona. "It's alchemy! When an alchemist transmutes something, they change it's form into something else. Since the plants were made out of some kind of fabric, I was able to change them into your blanket. I was able to make it softer the same way too, by changing it's composition."

He looks over at Karst again. "I suppose we should find out what types of things we can sell, and maybe I can make some things to help out."

Edward had always dealt with money, since he was the one out of the two of them who needed food and shelter. Al can barely remember what certain foods taste like, and he couldn't feel the harsh bite of changing weather. " Maybe I can offer to do repairs for money. You are going to need food too eventually, and a place to sleep."
