VIP envy already. Axel smirked. Sometimes it was too easy to make others jealous. Zidane just threw a lot of information at him, and now it was time to make use of it, bit by bit. But first, he’d agreed to the bargain. He leaned forward slightly to see Zidane from his new spot. Did he think he was slick? Maybe having a tail was handy after all. At least he didn’t fall all the way off the dome. Axel didn’t feel quite like picking up body parts that day.
“So you’re open to it, eh? Just what I wanted to hear,” he called down to the tailed wonder. “As I said, I have a certain influence here. I can use it to help you out if you help me first. I’m looking for someone, you see. I lost track of him a little while back. I have no doubts he’s in this city, though. His name is Roxas. He’s got spiky blond hair. Not quite as spiky as mine, but it always looks like he just got out of bed.” He smiled fondly. “And blue eyes. Hard to find in a city like this, I know, but he might be dressed like I am. You’d know him if you saw him.”
It was time to get off the dome now. Once again he called on his dark portal, though standing up to use it took a little bit of time. It opened again on the ground, where he stepped out to look up at Senor Saucy. “Of course, if you don’t specialize in missing persons, I have something else for you to do. You’d need to use your dusty little journal, and watch it closely. If you accept, I’ll make a post in a few days, asking you to meet me here again. You’ll be helping me out either way. What do you say now, huh?” He folded his arms over his chest, expecting to be turned down flat. The monkey man was already looking for someone, anyway.
