Most people are surprised that I can, but I'm sure they could learn it too, if they tried. Comes down to the inherant laziness of our society or something, I suppose. Nobody wants to learn extra languages unless they absolutely have to. And if they ~do~ learn them, they always pick other human languages for some reason..." Personally, Kronk liked to think that being able to talk to animals gave him a unique advantage in some situations, especially since nobody else bothered to learn how.
