"You're welcome, Bakura." Tori smiled, before walking toward the window. She looked out. This city was wonderful. She had loved it here as far back as she could remember. Even the occasional odd looks didn't matter.

She couldn't understand Bakura at all. He was good. Why then was he so intent on making himself unhappy? Why did he deny that he was good? She simply couldn't grasp the concept of goodness as being a bad thing.

She took a breath, reciting something she had read once; an echo of something she felt was right to say here to the foreigner. "'Beyond the Wild Wood comes the Wide World,' said the Rat. 'And that's something that doesn't matter, either to you or me. I've never been there, and I'm never going, nor you either, if you've got any sense at all. Don't ever refer to it again, please.'"

She turned back to Bakura, with a soft smile and bright eyes, "I still think you're good. You're nice to me."
