Duma does not find The Corinthian's bravado amusing at all. This nightmare is a creation of Dream, and even the Dream King's might is nothing compared to that of Lucifer's. He figures that dwelling on the matter would do no good, however, and only a flicker passing behind his eyes shows any response on his part. The angel lets the nightmare look at him for a moment, not doing anything to indicate anything.

Following Lucifer is not a good idea. The gates might be the way back, but he cannot risk going the same way as the Devil. Despite everything, he is still the Devil, and in hopes of one day returning home, Duma should not follow his path.

He watches The Corinthian's back as the latter walks away, but decides that forcing the nightmare to stay is futile. Putting a slight pressure on the ground below him while bending his knees, Duma takes to flight and proceeds to look around for other ways to go back.
